The iFest Town Hall Meeting is the formal final community outreach effort for iFest 2008. The iFest Chair, President and CEO, and key iFest staff will be present to explain the theme, concept and strategy for iFest 2008, answer questions and receive input.We will be explaining to the community at-large how they can get involved and what the timelines they need to be aware of:
1. General information about iFest.
2. Contact information regarding who and how people who want to:
a. Get Food Vendor Booths
b. Get Information regarding Arts and Craft Sales Booths
c. Get Information regarding Information (No Sales) Booths
d. Who to submit information to artist recommendations
e. Information on the Mayor's Gala and Table Sales
f. Information on Business Conference (Registration and Luncheon)
